I was trying to decide between these binocs and the higher end Bresser Pirsch binocs. When the price came down on these to under $70, I figured I’d give them a try. When I rec’d the binocs, I was immediately impressed by the build quality. They seem very substantial, heavy enough w/o being too heavy, and very well put together. The optics are very clear and bright, and the focusing wheel turns easily enough (but not too easily) with a high quality feel. The diopter adjustment is stiffer, which I view as a good thing. The open bridge design is nice, as it allows your hand to wrap around for a better grip. It came with a very functional binocular harness , which on its own is a $20 value, AND a neck strap. A couple of little nitpicks – they were a kinda of army green color instead of the tan pictured, and the objective lens cap doesn’t have a loop in order to attach them to the camera strap (so that you don’t easily lose the lens cap when you use the binocs). All in all, very pleased, and I would highly recommend, especially when they are on sale! Read more
