Well. For starters. The box that the equipment pieces came in was ripped all over. Holes everywhere. It’s the box from the manufacturer, not an amazon box. Pieces falling out of the box from the bottom. Furthermore, absolutely no instructions were found in the box. Possibly fell out. Who knows what else was lost upon delivery seeing that the box had holes all over it. Who delivers a $200.00+ piece of equipment in such shambles? I’ve never been one to write a review, but I feel as tho this deserved one. I’ve never been so disappointed in an amazon order in my life. I dont know if the product is worth it or not. Can’t even put it together because there aren’t any instructions. Read more

Set was easy, very good instructions and labels took about a hour and a half with two beer breaks.shipping was fast, like less than 2 days, only thing the box came damage . Very solid material, did some practice work out and it stand up to the test, not much wobbling, lost a star for the flimsy material used under the the armrest, should be half a stars so I give it 4 1/2 stars Read more

As the title states, great little starter set. Bought for my 13yr old son, who’s just starting out. For the price you just cant beat it. Easy to set up and doesn’t take up to much space. Looks sharp as well. Nicked it from 5 stars because of the bolt together build quality. While plenty sturdy with lock nuts and washer it does shake ever so slightly. Dont think my 120lb teenager will have the same effect as my 215lb frame had on it. Secondly the bolts that hold the padded bench to the frame are far from awesome. One spins inside the padded bench so could not tighten. Leaving only three bolts holding it to the frame. Other then that it exceeded our expectation for $200. Read more

It took some time to put it together. The quality is okay for the price. I found that some weight is needed to keep it in place when using it to hold your feet for sit-ups. The handles for doing dips are small in circumference and could use better pads in order to make the hands more comfortable. Not bad for a substitute workout when you can’t get to the gym or need to do some stretching. . Read more

I bought this equipment almost 2 years ago and after the quarantine and lock down it REALLY paid for itself and it’s still in great condition. The more I use it the more I find new exercises I can do. It’s to the point now that with a few resistance bands and a small amount of weights this equipment has completely replaced my gym membership and it doesn’t even take up that much space! No meat heads dropping weights, no germs, no creepy dudes in the locker room and NO GYM MEMEBERSHIP FEES!! Read more

220 lb 5’10” man here. Parallel bars too far apart. Bench seat corner broke while doing situps. Cheap metal causes bending of the vertical supports when doing pullups or dips. Bench is comfortable still with damaged corner. Would have liked grip placement for closegrip pullups. Spend a few hundred dollars more and get a better setup not made in china. Read more

Absolutely fantastic equipment for your at home workouts. It was great instructions provided which is very easy to follow. It’s strong and easily hold about 250 lb man working out using a bar. Read more

Feels a little loose towards the top regardless of how tight I wrench it down. Squeaks quite a bit, but all in all effective for what I want it for. Love the hooks for bands and such. Read more
