I tried this mount based on the recommendation of a skilled gunsmith mostly because the mount is adjustable. I read the reviews about the poor quality metal and screws. Well that all turned out to be accurate. just about all the screws and threaded surfaces striped out with very little force applied. Also I had very significant jamming problems with the mount blocking proper ejection. Given my trusted gunsmith recommended the mount I suspect a highly skilled technician might have better luck with this product. I am fairly skilled and have been working on my own firearms for about 40 years. I am not a gun smith, just a hobbyist who is very handy fixing things. I have installed many scopes and built from parts several firearms including an AR15 and blackpowder rifle. my conclusion spend a little more (or if you can afford lots more) and buy a different product.
